Bio Choppers–Mixers

The ZAGO ECO GREEN Composter offers a simple, reliable and economic means of green waste recycling. They can be supplied as:

• Towedversion from site to site by conventional agricultural tractors and with the air brake facility – Unimogs and Fastracks
• Truck mounted version with hydraulic drive
• Stationary version with diesel engine or electric drive
• Selfpropelled version

They operate at a very low noise and nuisance level, and are favoured by many local authorities for use in urban areas. They grind, mulch and mix bio–degradable products, from grass mowing, roots ad soil to ten inch diameter tree loppings, pallets, waste paper etc.
The volume of material is significantly reduced ratio of approximately 7:1, for the preparation of composting or tip capping. The material can be reloaded and mixed with other products before being applied to the ground.

They are built with a very strong construction, independent chassis with reinforced body in antiwear steel. The patented mixing system® is made of four augers. All rotate in the same direction which significantly reduces the horsepower requirement. The two lower longer augers cut and mix whilst the two upper augers mix only. Heavy duty blades with adjustable counterblades ensure outstanding durability with an efficient cutting system.

A wide range of options is available: heavy duty loading cranes up to 7 mtrs with rotating three, four or five tine grab or clam shell bucket; working platform with excellent all round vision;
Unloading foldable conveyor up to 5 mtrs long, powered by 2 heavy duty hydromotors.
The top of the body can be closed by a bonnet to avoid dust contaminations.
